Cindi, who specializes in core and shell architecture, oversees every stage of a project. Her daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, visiting building sites, supervising team members, and leading the development of designs. She has a special appreciation for both a project’s beginning and end: The outset offers opportunities to explore proposed concepts, while ribbon-cuttings represent a vision realized.
Before joining SGA, Cindi served for nearly nine years as a project architect at Maugel DeStefano Architects in the town of Harvard. There she worked on projects for a wide range of sectors, including life sciences, commercial, office, recreation, education, public safety, religious institutions, and multifamily. Previously she was a project architect at Finegold Alexander Architects in Boston, where she completed a multifamily housing project and a synagogue, and gained experience in historic preservation. Cindi has also independently designed single-family residences.
Cindi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Wellesley College and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. Outside of the office she plays soccer in an adult league and spends as much time as possible with her daughter Jill, whom she describes as “the center of my world.”
