An experienced project manager who specializes in production, Jessica plays an important dual role: ensuring that each project is buildable and that the design integrity remains intact throughout construction. Since joining SGA in 2018, she has worked on several commercial projects that encompass renovations as well as core and shell office buildings. With each project, she works closely with all stakeholders to deliver successful results.
Jessica’s previous experience includes three years as a senior architect at SMRT Inc. in Andover, Massachusetts, and 12 years as a project manager at Baker Barrios in Orlando, Florida. In both roles, she was responsible for all project phases — program analysis, consultant coordination, construction observation, and documentation.
Over the course of her 20-year career, she’s completed a vast array of projects across the higher-education, mixed-use, hospitality, and senior-living markets. Another market she hopes to explore is affordable housing: She is keen to develop creative ways to expand affordability for low-income, workforce, and senior populations.
Jessica is a registered architect in Massachusetts, Florida, and Maine. She received an MBA, a Master of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Norwich University in Vermont. Her passion for community-focused design extends beyond the office as well; Jessica serves on the Andover Center for History & Culture’s Board of Directors and is an active member of the Andover MBTA Communities Working Committee. When not leading change-making teams, Randolph reads, rides her bicycle, gardens, explores new restaurants, and has been known to enjoy a well-crafted cocktail (or two).
