Gergana, who is known for her cheerful demeanor, loves her job. Because she’s responsible for accounts payable and invoicing for several practices, she interacts regularly with clients, consultants, vendors, and partners. She enjoys meeting these people, learning about different projects, working with numbers, and solving problems.
Gergana joined SGA in 2018. Previously, she served as a business analyst for a book publisher. During the few years she spent there, she handled nearly every accounting function, which gave her a valuable introduction to the field.
Gergana received a Bachelor of Science in international business and finance from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. During her studies, she developed an interest in community service. At first, she volunteered at animal shelters, but became too attached to the inhabitants. Today, she finds other kinds of opportunities, including participation in many of SGA’s charitable efforts.
