SGA executed master planning services for the kraft group for the area around gillette stadium called
quarterpoint
in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
SGA began with the comparative analysis of several prior studies and then developed a master plan for continued development around the landmark Gillette Stadium and Patriot’s Place. In doing so, our team identified opportunities for the construction of six additional buildings. Each contains a unique program to further enliven and diversify Patriot’s Place, from multi-family residential, to hospitality, retail, and office space.
Each of the planned buildings considers its surroundings and focuses on adding value to the pedestrian experience. This master planning effort accounts for continued growth, and is supported by improvements to both pedestrian and vehicular flow.
Designers have paid careful attention to the in-between. Maintaining the vibrant, community feel found at Patriot’s Place while inviting larger, more diverse crowds to the development. Special attention has been paid to opportunities for elevated landscaping, public gathering space, and accessibility.
