Deciphera engaged SGA to help relocate their Boston headquarters to support company culture and
future growth.

Taking inspiration from Deciphera’s research, including their proprietary platforms of “switch inhibitors,” SGA’s design developed the concept of Deciphering the Science. Throughout the office, one experiences the switch in materials, lighting, and finishes from one space to the next. To help tell this story further, a series of environmental graphics and installations help translate Deciphera’s important research, company values
and mission.

The space is programmed with a variety of different work settings, the open office spans the first level and mezzanine with huddle rooms, dubbed “nodes” interspersed between for team meetings. A large all-hands space comprised of tiered seating and a large digital display leads you down to the lower level common areas which include the kitchen and lounge space all purposely built for fostering collaboration and culture.
