AREA OF HISTORIC SOUTH NASHVILLE.
A plan that encompasses the creation of a distinct “district” to connect Rolling Mill Hill to the thriving downtown and Rutledge Hill Districts, as well as the nearby, revitalized Cumberland River area.
SGA provided a master plan for development around the landmark “Trolley Barns” and Rolling Mill Hill area.
The team focused on maintaining a link to South Nashville’s historic past, developing an amenity infrastructure to meet future neighborhood uses, and providing increased connectivity for pedestrians and vehicular traffic alike.
This comprehensive plan stands to transition Rolling Mill Hill into the South’s most unique, eclectic, and sought after neighborhood.
